A regranting initiative to provide core support and capacity building to small and midsize organizations in the Central Coast and San Joaquin Valley.
The Women’s Foundation of California (WFC) invests in women and girls to build a more just and equitable society. WFC places grantmaking emphasis on supporting organizations working towards long-term systemic change in the areas of reproductive justice, environmental health and justice and economic justice.

Total Award: $500,000
Program Details:
The Women's Foundation will provide 10 organizations with multi-year grant support. In year one, organizations will receive $15,000 of core support. In years two and three, organizations will receive $10,000 in technical assistance funds per year. Organizations will select organizational development consultants from a list developed and vetted by WFC.
Selection Process:
Grants will be awarded on an open and competitive basis. The Women's Foundation of California will conduct outreach through their electronic mailing list and through ethnic and local radio and print outlets. Priority will be given to organizations that address the Women’s Foundation priority areas, have budgets less than $500,000 and are led by and work with communities of color.
